Hi, I'm Stephanie!

It all started when everyone around me kept saying, “You’d be so good at real estate.” After 11 years in emergency management and business continuity, I knew a thing or two about keeping things organized when the stakes were high, the clock was ticking, and people needed answers. Turns out, those skills translate pretty well to real estate!

I grew up with a builder for a dad, so I’ve always had an eye for the details that others might miss. I love walking through a home and noticing the workmanship, the potential shortcuts, and the things worth knowing before making an offer. As a notary signing agent for the past four years, I’m also familiar with the details of the closing process and probate, and as a Spanish speaker, I’m able to help make the process more accessible for more families.

Based in Burlington and licensed in Kentucky, I’m a bit of a systems and deadline nerd—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My goal is to make sure my clients always know what’s happening, what comes next, and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Outside of real estate, I’m a mom of four (plus a bonus son), a student of herbalism, and a full-time explorer. I love finding locally owned coffee shops, hunting down great gluten-free food, listening to audiobooks, and exploring new corners of the region with my family. We’re slowly working toward visiting all 50 states—23 down, 27 to go!

Honestly, I didn't go looking for it. Over several months, a handful of people—friends, family, and even acquaintances—kept telling me the same thing: you would make a great real estate agent.
I have a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in professional writing from UNLV in Nevada.
I was born in Arizona and raised between Arizona and Nevada, so the desert is pretty deep in my bones. My family and I moved to Utah in 2021 and stayed until December 2025, when we packed up and landed in Burlington, Kentucky. It's been a lot of moving pieces over the years, which comes in handy when you're helping other people move theirs.
