Hi, I'm Sam!

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and the proud daughter of a single mom. I’ve always had a love for writing and storytelling from my journalism background in high school, and I think that’s why real estate fits me so well. It’s not just about houses for me—it’s about people, listening to their stories, and helping them write the next chapter.

I didn’t take the traditional college route after high school. Instead, I jumped straight into real estate at 19. Now at 21, I’ve worked with first-time buyers, investors, and families who never thought homeownership was possible. I look at being your realtor like an audition. My job is to earn your trust, show up prepared, and prove why I’m the right fit for you.

Outside of work, I’m into cars, fashion, and makeup, even though I don’t claim to be an expert at the last two. I love checking out underrated spots around Columbus, going to CBJ and Clippers games, and spending time with animals—who I honestly think I get along with better than most people.

I attended college and earned a four-year journalism degree, but I quickly realized that the traditional path wasn’t quite the right fit for me. I was looking for something that would challenge me and allow me to build the life I dreamed of while also helping others do the same. That’s what made real estate so appealing to me. I believe it’s often overlooked how valuable it is to have someone on your team who is eager, up-to-date with the latest knowledge, and just beginning what could be a fulfilling 30 to 40-year career.
I see myself as a bit of a chameleon. Some clients appreciate when I lay everything out clearly and guide them step by step, while others are confident in their own knowledge and just look for a dependable presence by their side. I always strive to adapt to what my clients truly need.
Most of my clients are first-time buyers under $300,000 and out-of-state investors who want to start their rental portfolio in Columbus. I think that benefits my first-time home buyers especially because I can give them the knowledge if they want to be that first-time home buyer investor at the same time or have goals to pursue it in the future.
I’ve been into cars since I was a kid. Cars and Herbie movies were my favorites growing up, and now I love going to car shows. I’m also a big wrestling fan, The Hunger Games is my favorite book series, and The Office is my comfort show.
Probably something related to social media or content creation. I’ve always enjoyed writing, marketing, and storytelling, so I’d still be involved in creating and connecting with people in some way.
