Hi, I'm Brandon.

My destined entrenchment within the Cincinnati region began prior to my own birth, with my mother and father first meeting each other at a Cincinnati Reds game at Riverfront Stadium. A few Hudepohl beers and Skyline Cheese Coneys later, I was born and subsequently raised on the East Side of Cincinnati (and to answer the quintessential question all Cincinnatians pose, I went to and graduated from Amelia High School!).

I later attended the University of Cincinnati where I obtained a B.A. in Operations Management, with the tail end of my collegiate student experience coinciding with the Brian Kelly era of Bearcat football. Times were good in the student section of Nippert!

After college, my professional career involved a 13 year tenure serving in Operations and Quality Management roles where I was blessed to have excellent mentors and obtained lasting friendships. This business experience honed a skill set of quickly identifying and defining target goals, understanding related process interdependencies, and establishing effective and efficient activities that would realize goal achievement.

In my experience, in nearly all circumstances, empowered people and high functioning relationships are at the backbone of a successful outcome.

This aspect of business is my core competency, and after careful consideration, I wanted to foster this mantra in an arena that I have always been passionate about and intrigued by: Real Estate! Becoming a licensed real estate agent is allowing me to apply a methodical approach to helping people in a very impactful aspect of life.

On a personal note, I am a proud husband to my wife Brittany Allen, a nurse practitioner serving the public within the City of Cincinnati Health Department. I am also a father of two boys, Dean and Ben, and love spending time together as a family.

I am an avid off-road rider (motocross and trail riding), enjoy classic cars, hiking, fishing, music, and coaching youth sports.

Both of my parents were influential to me in regard to real estate. While my mother had a gifted eye for decor and interior design, my father was continually buying and analyzing home plan books and magazines, He embodied a keen ability to see how a piece of land (or dilapidated group of homes) could be altered to reach its highest and best use. Many evenings and weekends of my childhood were filled by attending open houses, touring model homes, viewing vacant land properties, and of course, the annual Cincinnati Homearama.

Real estate transactions can be a very emotional time for buyers and sellers. Displaying exemplary performance and due diligence as their respective real estate agent allows the client to breathe a little easier, sleep a little better, and go through the process in a much more enjoyable manner.
