WRSM: The Community I Needed (So I Built It)
When I first got into real estate, I quickly learned that success isn’t just about contracts and closings - it’s about connection. I’ve always loved social media, not just as a marketing tool, but as a way to build genuine relationships. I saw the potential to use these platforms to bring women in real estate together in a way that had never been done before.
It started as an idea over my coffee one morning this past March. I was brainstorming how I could celebrate women for women’s history month in my business & thought, what if we could connect one amazing woman realtor from every state, all through the power of social media? At first - it was just going to be a simple video, showing a clip of each lady & the area they served. As I began getting to know these girls, I quickly realized that it can’t stop here. Imagine a trusted, handpicked network spanning the entire country - sharing ideas, referring clients, and cheering each other on every single day. A space where we could all have one go-to agent in every single market, celebrate wins, and refer clients with confidence because we truly knew and trusted each other.
That’s how WRSM — Women Real Estate Agents of Social Media was born.
More Than Just Networking…
WRSM is more than your typical Facebook referral group or a chat thread. It’s a community built on women supporting women. We talk business, yes—but we also laugh, vent, and celebrate life together.
We help each other with marketing tips, talk through tricky deals, and offer advice without judgment. When you know you have a group of women across the country ready to cheer you on, it changes the way you approach your business.
Social media has always been my favorite space to connect—it breaks down geographic boundaries and lets relationships grow instantly. In WRSM, we use it not just to market our businesses, but to market each other.
One of my favorite parts of WRSM is our weekly Instagram video collaborations. Every week, members create short-form content together that gets posted across all our accounts—meaning your face, your name, and your brand are showing up in front of hundreds of other members’ followers. It’s a fun, creative way to grow your audience, boost engagement, and make your presence known outside your own market.
We also host a monthly speaker series featuring some of the biggest names in real estate and social media marketing. The speaker series is full of industry powerhouses like Glennda Baker, Stacie Rihl, Erin Krueger, and content strategist Jera Bean—plus other top-tier professionals who share insider tips, proven strategies, and inspiration to level up your business. It’s like having front-row access to the best coaches and mentors in the industry without ever leaving your home.
