Licensed since 1988, Nanette has worked many aspects of the real estate industry. Starting out in Commercial Property management, she moved in residential property management and sales. From there her career has taken her though office management, marketing for agents, mortgage lending and insists that while she enjoyed and thrived in other positions, her current position with Team TREO has become her all time favorite.
At Team TREO, most buyers who call into the office will first be greeted by Nanette. She firmly believes that every phone call should be answered with a smile on her face and then she kicks back in her chair and gets comfortable while she carries on conversations with buyers to help educate and prepare for the purchasing process. Upon completion of learning their needs, Nanette hand picks a buyer agent in or out of our office that best suits the buyer’s needs and brings the them together to find the perfect home. If the buyer is not ready to purchase, she will make sure they have all the information they need and will set them up to receive email notifications of properties that fit their criteria. Nanette makes sure that the buyer has first notice of not only properties that list today, but is also able to guide them towards information on properties that are “coming soon”. In today’s marketing, being first to know about a property gives the buyer an edge over the competition and can quite possibly be the difference in making a successful bid.
Born and raised north of Detroit in Michigan, Nanette moved to Dayton, Ohio in 1985 and has called Ohio home ever since. She and her husband David, have a son, lovingly known as “Boomer” who currently attends Sinclair Community College.
