Kate is a Cincinnati native with an eye for design and a passion for the city.
Kate Ruge (formerly Kate Ryan) is a specialized Realtor® in Cincinnati, OH, focused on delivering a personalized approach towards home buying & selling. As an affiliate of TREO Realtors, Kate exceeds client expectations through her modern take on the Cincinnati Real Estate market.
Originally from Cleveland, Kate has an inherent love for the Buckeye State! Prior to joining TREO Realtors, Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree & a Marketing Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. After college, Kate specialized as an event manager, creating high-end events for the University of Cincinnati Foundation & Paycor. When office life went virtual, Kate decided to get out of Zoom and into her community by launching a new career in real estate. She’s been combining her sales and marketing expertise and love for Cincinnati to help clients ever since!
When she’s not selling homes, you can find Kate enjoying activities with her family, and mini-Goldendoodles, Mogley & Bear, Kate enjoys kayaking & exploring local restaurants around Cincinnati.

I’ve always had a passion for marketing and sales. I was working as an event planner for a sales team when the world shifted to online work. I wanted to connect more with my community and use my marketing skills for my own sales goals. I was introduced to the world of Real Estate and made the leap!
