BRETT KEPPLER

It all started when…Brett’s old boss told him he was too fun.

During his annual review one year, Brett’s supervisor had only one bit of criticism. It had been determined that, while he was great at his job, Brett was “TOO FUN” by their standards. So, after deciding he needed a new direction where he could work hard and still be himself, Brett decided to venture into real estate. In 2006, he started selling homes and, just a few years later, decided it was time to start his own brokerage where his values could be upheld (and he could have as much fun as he wanted).

Brett founded TREO Realtors in 2008 with one goal: to better serve his clients through modern technology without forgetting that "old-fashioned" values like professionalism and morals still matter.

TREO Realtors has become one of the largest real estate firms in the midwest, operating out of 3 states and selling nearly 500 homes per year at its peak.

Brett has created and founded a second company, Nekst, a task-based management platform used by agents all across the country. Brett has been recognized as a featured writer for Inman News, the country's largest residential real estate publication.

When not working, Brett spends his time with his amazing wife, Jackie, and their three beautiful kids. He coaches lacrosse and soccer (and stands behind his children while they practice piano).

“Brett, is the person you need on your side when selling or purchasing your first home. Brett helped me purchased a few properties in the past 9 years…He is honest and I recommend him.”

FAQs

  • I graduated from Miami University with degrees in Marketing & Finance in anticipation of climbing the corporate ladder. But after two years, I knew that entrepreneurship was my true calling. My skills from both degrees combined beautifully to help me become a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio and Kentucky. I’m a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and have been awarded entry into the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtor’s Circle of Excellence.

  • I bought my first apartment building in 2004 and saw the immense opportunities within the real estate industry. So I quit my job in 2006 and went full-time into real estate sales, joining one of the largest regional brokerages in the Cincinnati area.

Over the next two years, I affiliated with a few other brokerages in search of a forward-thinking organization that focused more on marketing homes than on marketing themselves. Dissatisfied with the options available, I created TREO Realtors. As it turns out, I’ve built one of the largest real estate teams in the midwest, operating out of 3 states and selling nearly 500 homes per year at its peak!

  • While I can’t be 100% positive, I believe they’d say good things. I have consistently been regarded as one of the best Realtors in the Cincinnati market. My clients would tell you it is because of my drive and laser focus on customer service and communication. Honestly, I think I’m lucky enough to have amazing clients who constantly send me referrals after taking such great care of them.

  • Why, yes. I was featured on an episode of House Hunters on HGTV! Good eye.
