Our commission structure is geared towards rewarding those agents who are productive. Each agent pays an equal amount regardless of production, so the more you sell, the more you keep.

No two agents are exactly alike. Rather than providing the same amenities to an entire group, we place that choice in the agent's hands. Our services are arranged in either a package form or individually, so that agents only spend money for the services they use.
